Do you only work with construction businesses?

Construction and trades are my main focus — general contractors, remodelers, home builders, and specialty trades (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.). If your projects involve crews, schedules, and job sites, there’s a very good chance I can support you.

What tools do you use to manage tasks and projects?

I’m comfortable adapting to the tools you already use (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, job management apps, etc.). If you don’t have systems in place yet, I’ll recommend simple, low-friction tools that match your team’s comfort level.

How do we communicate day to day?

Most clients prefer a mix of email, messaging (Slack, WhatsApp, or similar), and a weekly video or voice call. We’ll define the best way for you and your crew to get information to me without disrupting the workday.

Can you call clients or vendors on our behalf?

Yes. With clear scripts and guidelines, I can handle follow-ups, scheduling calls, and status updates with your clients, subs, and suppliers during agreed-upon hours.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Packages are month-to-month with a recommended initial three-month window. That gives us enough time to set up systems and prove the value of consistent support.
